Dr. Nida Qadir

Dr. Nida Qadir is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at UCLA. Her areas of professional interest include critical care outcomes research, ICU recovery, and simulation in medical education. Her current research focuses on acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), and post-intensive care syndrome. She is the co-director of UCLA’s Disaster and Pandemic Response Team, as well as the Post-ICU Recovery Clinic. She serves on the critical care editorial board for CHEST, and has served as faculty for numerous regional and international critical care simulation courses.
