Dr. Adrienne Randolph

adriennerandolphAdrienne Randolph, MD, MSc is Professor of Anaesthesia and Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and an attending physician in the pediatric intensive care unit at Boston Children’s Hospital in Massachusetts. She is the founder and first Chair of the Pediatric Acute Lung Injury and Sepsis Investigator’s (PALISI) Network, a clinical research consortium of over 80 pediatric ICUs in the U.S. and Canada. She is also a Council member of the International Sepsis Forum and is active in the Society for Critical Care Medicine and the American Thoracic Society. She has published numerous multicenter trials, cohort studies and clinical practice guidelines in the area of sepsis, ARDS and management of acute lung failure in children. She has received multiple grants to study life-threatening and fatal influenza infection and currently leads a 40 center Pediatric Critical Care Influenza (PICFlu) Study Group.
