Adrian is an Assistant Professor of Medicine, at the University of Manitoba, based at the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre. Dr. Robertson provides medical coverage and leadership in Critical Care, Total Parenteral Nutrition, Ethics and Organ Donation. As the Medical Director for the Manitoba Organ Donation Organization- Gift of Life, Adrian leads a dedicated team of physicians and nurses committed to practice change and improved organ donation. In 2013 Adrian and Canadian Blood Services partnered to develop leading practice guidelines on Effective Requesting, these efforts lead to a leading practice workshop and report in 2014. This talk represents the finding of this exhaustive review of leading practices in Effective Requesting.
